Bought two sets of headphones from them as was cheaper than what I was going to pay on Amazon. Delivery was late as said would be express delivery and turned up after 4 days. Also didn’t receive both headphones, only one pair. After being in contact via email for about a week and having to send numerous pictures of the box/item etc, they sent me an email saying they’d send a replacement, they had discovered after sending the email that they had sold out of the headphones, not a problem but I could have bought some from Amazon/elsewhere and they would of arrived before even getting emails back from this company. Bit disappointing really, next time I’ll just pay the extra off Amazon, where you can contact quickly and have a reliable service. Trying to get hold of someone from the company is impossible, still not had my refund and no communication about when this will be
