I had never used this company before but decided to give it a try. I placed my order online but received no email confirmation. Thankfully, I copied the order number from the screen — without it, I would have had no way to track my order. Their customer service is effectively non‑existent. The telephone number on the website appears to be nothing more than a prop to give the impression that help is available. Each time I called, I was left on hold for ten minutes before an automated message informed me that the call could not be taken. Their text‑chat system is entirely AI‑driven, and the conversation simply loops without providing any real assistance. When I asked to speak to a human, the response was: “Someone will contact you shortly,” yet nobody ever did. I submitted a complaint and received an AI‑generated reply that lacked any personal touch. It was just a collection of generic sentences with “we are really sorry” inserted, and it did not address the issues I raised.
