I have recently purchased 3 separate items from A1 Tech. Each order has been dispatched promptly and in excellent secure packaging. The items have been 100% genuine Samsung products and each item was factory sealed. I had a manufacturer fault on my last recent purchase. I called the customer service number which was promptly answered by AJ, he was extremely helpful and initiated a return of the item. AJ sent me a QR code which was used at the post office, for an easy return of the item. AJ, initiated a prompt refund to my original payment method as soon as the item had been inspected. I will certainly not hesitate in making further purchases from A1 Tech, AJ is an absolute credit to the company.
