A1 were great. The MacBook Air came within 48 hours of ordering and when I had concerns over the damaged outer packaging they walked me through things whilst I opened it and made sure everything was working. The MacBook came with an a US plug but they have given me a small credit so that I can buy a US to UK adapter. I could not fault the service and was very happy with the outcome and all at a price that was cheaper than anywhere else.
I was a bit reticent as I had not heard of the company before, and the macbook air was such a good price. But it was all fine, apart from a slight delay of a day with the DPD delivery service, not sure it was A1 techdeals fault though. Only came with a European plug though
I bought my MacBook Air M4 from A1 Tech Deals and I am beyond impressed with both the service and the pricing! I'll be ordering all future tech and MacBooks from your website and have recommended A1 Tech Deals to friends and family, too!
Best price on the market at the time of purchase for a MacBook Air-M4. Although the initial payment was declined the issue was quickly fixed after I reported it to them via email. Fast and efficient communication as was the delivery. I will definitely buy again when I need it.
