GOPRO MAX2 360 True 8K Action Camera

Description Capture immersive action footage from every angle with the GoPro MAX2 360 Action Camera. Designed for adventure, travel, sports and content creation, MAX2 combines True 8K 360 video with traditional single-lens action-camera recording, giving you the flexibility to capture and reframe footage after recording. True 8K 360 video captures the entire scene around you, allowing you to choose the best angle later using the GoPro Quik app. The camera records 29MP 360 photos, giving you the flexibility to crop, zoom and reframe images after shooting. MAX2 also works as a traditional action camera, supporting up to 4K60 single-lens video. Max HyperView provides an ultra-wide perspective, while Linear, Wide, Ultra Wide and Max SuperView digital lenses provide different framing options for action, travel and everyday recording. Max HyperSmooth stabilisation helps produce smooth footage during movement, while 360 Horizon Lock keeps the horizon level when the camera rotates, spins or changes orientation. Dedicated POV and Selfie modes provide additional ways to capture immersive first-person and third-person footage. For slow-motion recording, MAX2 supports 4K100 spherical video for up to 3x slow motion and 5.6K60 recording for up to 2x slow motion. True 8K recording supports 10-bit colour for capturing over one billion colours, while GP-Log provides additional flexibility for professional colour grading. The twist-and-go replaceable lenses are made from water-repellent optical glass and can be changed by hand without specialist tools or calibration. This makes the camera practical for demanding action and outdoor use where lenses may be exposed to scratches or damage. MAX2 is waterproof to 5 metres without additional housing and is designed for use in demanding environments including water, dirt and snow. The included 1960mAh Enduro battery is designed to provide improved performance in colder conditions. A six-microphone array captures immersive stereo audio during 360 recording and helps reduce wind noise. Bluetooth audio connectivity provides compatibility with supported wireless audio accessories, while voice control allows hands-free operation. The camera features built-in mounting fingers and a 1/4-20 threaded mount, with compatibility for the GoPro mounting ecosystem. Invisible pole mounting allows you to create elevated and third-person 360 footage while keeping the extension pole out of the final image. Built-in GPS, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth connectivity provide location, wireless transfer and control features. The GoPro Quik app allows you to edit, reframe and share footage from compatible smartphones and tablets.
