I had mixed feelings about my purchase from this website. The price was around £50 cheaper than other websites, which was obviously a big positive. The Apple Watch arrived in perfectly new condition, although it did feel like it had been stored for some time. The protective wrapping/sticker felt quite old and sticky, and I had to rub the watch with a cloth to remove some marks. That said, the watch itself was in perfect condition, so I can’t really complain about the product. The main issue was the return process. I later considered returning the watch because I was thinking of getting the newer model, but the return procedure is quite confusing. There is no straightforward automatic return process—you have to submit a request and wait for approval. My request never seemed to get approved. I also called customer service, but they didn’t seem particularly interested in helping. I was told to wait on the line for the returns team, waited around 20 minutes without getting anywhere, and eventually gave up on the idea of returning it. Overall, I think this website is fine if you’re 100% sure you’re going to keep the product. The prices can be very competitive and the item I received was genuine. However, if there’s even a small chance you may want to return something, I’m not sure saving £40–£50 is worth the hassle compared with buying from a retailer with a simpler return process.
